2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 21 years old, are ordering on behalf of a qualified research organization or in a personal research capacity, and that the products will be used exclusively for in vitro laboratory research.
3. Products and pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, availability, or product descriptions and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
4. Orders and shipping
Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery. Buyers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations, duties, and taxes.
5. Returns
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of delivered products except in the case of damage or defect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe a product is defective.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use, distribute, or resell BioPeps products for human or animal consumption, cosmetic use, or any therapeutic or diagnostic application. Violation of this restriction is a material breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioPeps' aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim. BioPeps disclaims all indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
